Opportunities Available

As a Medical Education intern at Stryker, you will:

Support the coordination and execution of Medical Education courses, programs, and related activities.

Gather, organize, and analyze data and information from Medical Education programs to support reporting, insights, and continuous improvement.

Develop an understanding of the Medical Education strategy, business priorities, budgeting process, and how these elements support program planning and execution.

Build knowledge of customer profiles, including why and how we engage with customers to support business and educational objectives.

Learn key training and Medical Education workstreams and contribute to cross-functional coordination across internal teams.

Support efforts to capture and apply customer feedback, helping the team understand customer needs and improve the Medical Education experience.

Apply awareness of internal branding guidelines to help ensure communications and program materials are consistent, professional, and aligned with company standards.

Utilize commonly used internal communication tools to collaborate effectively, share updates, and support program execution.

$20 min hourly wage - $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location

What You Need

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
