Experienced Roofing Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time / Commission-Based
Compensation: 60/40 Commission Split for Experienced Roofing Sales Professionals

About Live Oak Roofing

Live Oak Roofing is a growing roofing company focused on providing homeowners with quality workmanship, straightforward communication, and a professional experience from the initial inspection through project completion.

We are looking for experienced roofing sales representatives who know how to generate opportunities, work with homeowners, inspect roofs, close jobs, and manage customer relationships.

Compensation – 60/40 Split

For experienced roofing sales representatives, Live Oak Roofing offers a 60/40 profit split, with 60% going to the sales representative and 40% to Live Oak Roofing.

This position is designed for experienced producers who want significantly more upside than a traditional salary or low-percentage commission structure.

You sell more. You earn more. There is no artificial ceiling on your earning potential.

Specific commission calculations, job-cost deductions, payment timing, and eligibility requirements will be clearly outlined in the compensation agreement.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business and guiding homeowners through the roofing process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate residential roofing leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, storm opportunities, and other prospecting methods
  • Meet with homeowners and perform initial roof inspections
  • Identify potential storm damage, age-related deterioration, leaks, and replacement opportunities
  • Present Live Oak Roofing’s services and proposals professionally
  • Follow up with prospects and close roofing contracts
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales and production process
  • Assist with documentation, photos, measurements, and project information
  • Develop relationships with homeowners, real estate professionals, insurance professionals, property managers, and other referral sources
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities
  • Represent Live Oak Roofing professionally in the community

Who We’re Looking For

  • Previous residential roofing sales experience
  • A proven ability to generate and close their own business
  • Knowledge of roofing systems and the roof replacement process
  • Experience working with retail and/or insurance-related roofing projects
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence meeting homeowners and asking for the sale
  • The ability to work independently and stay motivated
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • A professional appearance and attitude
