Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement DevOps solutions and cloud infrastructure following best practices and organizational standards
  • Leverage AI Builder and automation tools to enhance deployment pipelines and operational efficiency
  • Apply Generative AI and LLM-based solutions to improve development workflows and code quality using tools like GitHub Copilot
  • Develop and maintain scalable cloud-native solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code principles
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to establishing best practices within the team
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment frequency and reliability
  • Support production systems on a rotational basis and participate in incident response for critical issues
  • Collaborate with team members to solve technical problems and share knowledge through documentation and discussions
  • Monitor system performance, maintain observability, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Document solutions and maintain clear communication with stakeholders on technical progress
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or Engineering field
  • 4 years of industry experience in software development
  • 3 years of professional experience in one or more programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with any one cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native technologies
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience in DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools
  • 2 years of experience building and deploying GraphQL and REST APIs, including microservices
  • 2 years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLM-based development, and AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot preferred)
  • Experience building and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch for logging, monitoring, and search capabilities
  • Familiarity with AI Builder or low-code automation platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
