Solar Sales Representative

Cardamon Solar is a residential solar company dedicated to helping homeowners transition to clean, renewable energy through simple, transparent, and cost-effective solutions.

Our mission is to make solar accessible by educating homeowners, designing customized systems, and delivering long-term value through energy savings and sustainability. We focus on honest communication, quality installations, and a seamless customer experience from consultation to completion.

Position Overview

Cardamon Solar is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to help homeowners understand the benefits of solar and guide them through the transition to renewable energy.

In this role, you will generate leads, conduct consultations, and support customers through the sales process. This is an opportunity to build a high-income career in a fast-growing industry while making a positive environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Educate homeowners on solar energy, cost savings, and available programs
  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations
  • Present customized solar solutions based on homeowner needs
  • Close sales and guide customers through the onboarding process
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle
