Job description

Top Three Skills:
1) Configuration skills within SAP Sales and Distribution: including end user support for SAP Power Users, configuration of SAP SD, testing of configurations/customizations, training users on customizations, and writing design documents. (There may be instances where they have to escalate changes to the ABAP team).
2) Business Analysis and Analytical Skills (Experience working with Business Users/End Users to define and document requirements and create design documents.) **Must have exceptional communication**
3) SAP CRM / TPM: Flower is in the process of deploying Trade Promotion Management. Some functionality went live in January. Anyone with SAP CRM or SAP TPM experience is highly preferred
JD:
They need this person to be at least of "Intermediate Level" so they can come in and assist with the SD workload immediately, which is primarily supporting their End Users in the Bakeries and Warehouses. Daily Tasks include:
• Working with SAP SD End Users for troubleshooting, training, and requirements gathering.
o Most of their support is around SAP SD Business Processes, including the interactions between SD, CRM, MM, and FICO.
• Writing a functional requirement document, by working with end users to gather requirements.
o Not just someone who configured off of someone else's design documents. This is still somewhat customer facing, and will work closely with the Strategic Business Partner Group (Mark Garland's Team).
• Executing Configuration changes in SAP SD.
o Testing those configurations within HP ALM. Writing test scripts to assist with the testing process.
• Documenting process, procedures, and training materials for configurations.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) is a must. Daily activities include working closely with Developers, Business Users, and Supporting the Application (help desk handles basic troubleshooting, but more advanced issues will be escalated to this team).
Additionally, if the need from the end users requires custom ABAP development, they will need to be comfortable preparing a design document for the development team to work from. This role requires Business Analyst skills, particularly business process decomposition. This role is not someone who is heads down in a cube, but rather working though all levels of the organization.
