Work you'll do 

As a Manager on the SAP team, you will lead clients through SAP-enabled business transformations, overseeing solution delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team performance across the implementation lifecycle.

  • Lead SAP PP engagements from current-state assessment through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. 
  • Advise clients on SAP PP solution design by translating business requirements into functional designs, process flows, and system specifications. 
  • Drive integrated, cross-functional delivery by coordinating with teams across SAP and business workstreams. 
  • Build client relationships, facilitate decisions with stakeholders, and manage risks, issues, and delivery priorities. 
  • Support business development activities, including pursuits, proposals, estimates, and solution shaping for prospective clients. 
  • Coach practitioners, contribute to practice development, and help develop assets and accelerators that improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree plus 10 years of professional work experience. 
  • 8+ years of SAP consulting experience in consulting, industry, or both, including 3+ years in SAP Production Planning (PP). 
  • Experience on 4+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including 2+ implementations in a primary SAP Production Planning (PP) role and 2+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration programs. 
  • Experience configuring SAP Production Planning (PP) across 3+ functional areas, such as discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, material requirements planning (MRP) or MRP Live, production orders or process orders, shop floor control, capacity planning, production planning and detailed scheduling (PP-DS), repetitive manufacturing, or Kanban/just-in-time (JIT). 
  • 2+ years of configuration and solution design experience in 1+ SAP module outside of SAP Production Planning (PP), such as Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Plant Maintenance (PM), or Transportation Management (TM). 
  • Experience leading an SAP PP workstream on 2+ programs. 
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred

  • Master's degree 
  • 4+ years of client service delivery experience in a consulting or professional services firm 
  • Experience with advanced manufacturing scenarios, such as variant configuration or advanced variant configuration (AVC), repetitive manufacturing, production planning and detailed scheduling (PP-DS), or manufacturing execution system integration, including SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM) or SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII), on 1+ program 
  • Current SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning, SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) 
  • Experience supporting 2+ pursuits, including solution shaping, demonstrations, or estimates

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.
