Peoplelink Staffing in partnership with a long time provider of quality transport services in Elkhart, Indiana are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RV Transport Recruiter to help drive our continued growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for attracting, screening, and onboarding both CDL and non-CDL drivers while building strong relationships that keep our driver network engaged and successful.

What You'll Do
  • Review and process driver applications, including MVR checks and IESC scoring
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit
  • Verify licenses, driving records, insurance, and compliance documentation
  • Guide candidates through the onboarding process from start to finish
  • Maintain consistent communication with applicants and active drivers
  • Coordinate new driver orientation and training
  • Ensure all hiring practices meet DOT regulations and company standards
  • Accurately maintain records in recruiting and transportation systems
  • Set up and maintain driver profiles in company software
