Dealers throughout the world utilize NPA for acquisition of wholesale vehicles and to ensure their pre-owned inventory meets their customer's demands.

**Experience with Motorcycles Required**

Basic Employee Responsibilities:

  • Required to load, strap down and unload powersport, RV, Camper, 5th Wheel,. and Watercraft units
  • Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public
  • Manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible
  • Company equipment and computers must be used for company purposes only
  • Company vehicles must be operated safely and within their intended purpose
  • Dress appropriately to your particular job duties and within the parameters of our current employee manual, (No open toed shoes in warehouse)
  • Keep your work area and vehicle neat and clean
  • Always ask questions when uncertainty arises

Basic Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily inspection of your vehicle and report any issues immediately
  • Have a good working knowledge of RV, Marine, and Powersport related vehicles and their mechanical operation
  • Required to safely and efficiently move RV's, 5th wheels, boats, and personal watercraft from one storage site to another
  • Required to monitor inventory and properly zone scan unit labels within AMS to accurately reflect its current physical location
  • Must be able to handle a 2-wheel motorcycle, will be trained
  • Required to scan all inventory at off-site yard on during scheduled inventory sessions
  • Required to be in constant communication with RVM team, especially RVM Lead
  • Required to load, strap, and unload powersport, RV, Camper, Boat, and Personal Watercraft units
  • Required to assist in prepping vehicles for sale
  • Required to assist in outside lot cleaning when necessary
  • Required to assist in shipping/receiving department at warehouse when not driving
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs
  • Must be able to push a rolling motorcycle with relative ease
  • Help unload/load vehicles from trucks and trailers as needed
  • Must not be sensitive to chemicals, cleaners, and fuel fumes
  • Responsible for all company equipment and tools associated with specific job

Requirements:

  • Motorcycle Experience: 2 years
  • CDL not required
  • Commercial driving experience preferred
  • No DWI/DUI in last 10 years
  • No serious tickets in last 5 years'
