Customer Care Specialist

Campers Inn RV is looking for a Customer Care Specialist. This role is responsible for providing an excellent first impression of Campers Inn by achieving and sustaining a high level of hospitality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

Essential Job Functions

  • Greeting and assisting all service and Crown Club customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Answering and routing incoming calls efficiently
  • Taking accurate messages for advisors and ensuring timely communication
  • Assisting with service scheduling as needed
  • Directing customers to proper departments or manufacturer customer care when applicable
  • Processing payments and accurately closing work orders upon receipt of funds
  • Maintaining proper documentation and transaction accuracy
  • Supporting overall service department communication and flow

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • License & Certifications:
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of one year experience preferred.
    • Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.
  • Abilities:
    • Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
