WHO WE NEED
You will be responsible for actively seeking new business opportunities while managing the full sales cycle, including actively seeking cold leads, helping developing proformas, operating budgets, and collaborating on writing proposals, searching for and suggesting RFP's to respond to, and helping the transition for new locations. As the Area Manager you will have full operational management oversight of all locations within the assigned region.
The role will be roughly 70% focused on business development and 30% focused on operations.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities while managing the full sales cycle, including actively seeking cold leads, collaborating on developing proformas, operating budgets, writing proposals, responding to RFPs and transitioning new locations.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of potential new business contacts through cold calls, active online research and on the ground research.
  • Develop client relationships and business retention.
  • Enhance existing client relationships with a focus on communication, meeting and exceeding client needs and expectations, and the continuous improvement of day-to-day operations, revenue controls, and service excellence.
  • Advance new business relationships to expand the business in the region, identify new business leads, collaborate on developing, and leading proposals and presentations, building proformas, managing client implementation, etc.
  • Develop goals and objectives for each account, fully understanding, communicating, and executing these directing, coordinating, and delegating relative activities to the operational team.
  • Train newly hired Employee's and Parking Enforcement Officers.
  • Assist management in implementing operational initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot field issues and elevate concerns to upper management when appropriate.
  • Maintain and care for all company-issued equipment.
  • Perform related duties as assigned
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
