Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case to case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate Rto Restrictions for Client Offers: All Rto Must Be Included At Time Of Submission. Approval Will Be Based On Unit/Manager's Needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility Is Allowed To Call Off 1 Shift Per 2 Weeks.
