As a RV Body Technician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, repairing, and restoring RV bodies to meet rigorous quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about bodywork, possess advanced technical skills, and take pride in their craftsmanship. The work environment values safety, attention to detail, and teamwork, offering opportunities to work on a variety of challenging projects in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostic assessments and execute repairs or replacements on coach bodies, including fiberglass repair, painting, tinting, welding (steel and aluminum), and decal installation.
  • Document all diagnostic tests, repairs, and replacement services accurately.
  • Track and manage materials used in repairs or replacements, ensuring efficient inventory usage.
  • Communicate work progress to supervisors and ensure all completed work meets established quality standards.
  • Calculate and order necessary paint, abrasives, and other body shop materials as needed.
  • Prepare labor cost estimates for repair projects.
  • Safely use ladders and adhere to all safety protocols in the workshop.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area for both customers and co-workers.
  • Lift up to 25 pounds independently and move up to 50 pounds with assistive devices.
