What is a live in RV park manager?

Live In RV Park Managers are individuals or couples who reside on-site at an RV park and oversee its daily operations. Their responsibilities typically include managing reservations, greeting guests, maintaining park facilities, handling minor maintenance issues, and ensuring park rules are followed. Because they live on the property, they are often available for after-hours concerns and emergencies, contributing to the smooth and safe running of the park. This role may also involve administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and coordinating with vendors or contractors.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a live in RV park manager?

To thrive as a Live In RV Park Manager, you need experience in property management, customer service, and basic maintenance, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with reservation software, bookkeeping tools, and facility management systems is typically required. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and organization help managers handle resident concerns and daily operations effectively. These skills and qualities are crucial for ensuring guest satisfaction, smooth park operations, and the overall success of the RV park.
