Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Ensure service excellence by fostering a positive guest experience and proactively addressing customer concerns
  • Ensure proper product quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Maintain all sanitation and health department requirements
  • Assist in all dining room personnel hiring and training
  • Implement proper chain of command leadership
  • Assist in maintaining and guiding all dining area personnel training, records, scheduling, and development

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • 1-3 years related experience and/or training
