Pay:ย  $16 hour
Bonus:ย $100 Hiring Bonus after 90 daysย 
Schedule:ย Part Time 16-20 hours / Weekends required-ย

What Youโ€™ll Do
Every day will look different; Role involves indoor and outdoor tasks, including work in varying weather conditions.ย Primary function will be to maintain public areas inside and outside the building. Secondary function will be minor maintenance issues as they arise, ย duties include but not limited to:
  • Stay accessible to Front Desk and Chief Engineer.
  • Clean grounds and remove litter. Empty wastebaskets, and cleans ashtrays, remove dog litter, Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
  • Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Clean and maintain Pool, Pool area, Guest Gym, Laundry, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways.
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaner and shampooer.
  • Clean grout, tile, using deck brush/ mop
  • Replace light bulbs. Touch up paint, scrub tiles, replace toilet flappers ย 
  • Control Weeds with power weed Wacker. Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls, using clippers, weed cutters, and edging tools.
  • Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs, using shears/pruners. Spray lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides, using hand or automatic sprayer.ย  Rake and bags leave.
  • Shovel snow from walks and driveways.ย  Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup. Power wash sidewalks as needed.
  • Carry Guest bags to room upon request
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education
  • High school diploma ย 
Preferred experienceย 
  • Experience with minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC filters, caulking, painting)
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot simple mechanical issues
  • Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical panels, water shutoffs)
  • Public area cleaning or Janitor support
  • Working with room attendants and understanding turnover flow
  • Experience with inventory, supplies, or equipment care
