Job description

Clarity Window Cleaning is hiring a Part-Time Window Cleaning Technician  for residential window cleaning work in Stamford, CT and surrounding Fairfield County towns.

8am-3:30pm M-F 

paid by the day not the hour 

$160-$300 per day 

looking for someone 2-3 days per week. 

We are looking for someone reliable, physically capable, professional, and coachable. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person if they have the right attitude and work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with residential window cleaning jobs
  • Clean exterior and interior windows
  • Clean screens, sills, frames, and basic tracks
  • Use traditional window cleaning tools including squeegees, scrubbers, towels, and detailing tools
  • Assist with water-fed pole window cleaning systems for exterior windows
  • Help carry, set up, and break down ladders and equipment
  • Perform basic cobweb removal around exterior windows and entryways
  • Work carefully and respectfully inside high-end homes
  • Maintain a clean, professional job site
  • Follow safety instructions and company standards

Requirements

  • Must be dependable and on time
  • Must be physically able to work outdoors in warm weather
  • Must be comfortable with ladders and heights
  • Must be able to lift and carry equipment
  • Must have reliable transportation to Stamford-area job sites
  • Must be respectful, clean, sober, and professional around customers
  • Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • No excessive phone use on job sites
