We're building a new Transfer Center in Allen, TX and are looking for experienced RNs to help support patient transfers, admissions, and care coordination for a leading California health system.   • Coordinate patient admissions and interfacility transfers
  • Review emergency department admissions for medical necessity and level of care
  • Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, payors, and care teams to ensure timely patient placement

  • Help optimize patient flow, continuity of care, and patient outcomes

  • CCM or ACM certification
