Job description

The Nurse Lead at Adams Woodcrest Assisted Living plays a key role in providing compassionate, person-centered care while supporting the daily clinical operations of the assisted living community. Working collaboratively with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team, the Nurse Lead oversees and coordinates nursing care to promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include leading and supporting nursing staff, planning, implementing, and documenting resident care, administering medications and treatments as permitted, assisting with physician and provider visits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and nursing standards. The Nurse Lead serves as a clinical resource and mentor to team members while fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff. Through resident and family education, care coordination, and advocacy, the Nurse Lead encourages self-care and independence while helping residents achieve their highest level of well-being, all in alignment with the mission, values, and standards of Adams Health.
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus - RN: $20,000 / LPN: $12,000
Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements:
40 hours per week - Second Shift
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
On-Call Rotation
Every Other Weekend
Valid RN or LPN License in the State of Indiana
BLS/CPR Certification Required
Senior Living Nursing Experience Preferred
