They are close with one another, generally get along very well, and thrive with a nanny who is active, positive, and genuinely enjoys engaging with them throughout the day. This is a close-knit family that truly enjoys spending time together and values creating a warm, supportive home environment. They are looking for a nanny who will become a natural extension of their family and who feels comfortable working alongside involved parents in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of direct professional nanny experience and possess a nurturing, proactive, and highly professional approach to childcare.
