• Conduct thorough and insightful assessments of clients' needs and conditions, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address issues related to addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards by accurately documenting all sessions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team including doctors, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate care and share insights on client progress.
• Stay abreast of advancements in social work and therapeutic practices through continuous education and participation in professional development opportunities.

Your work will primarily focus on clients dealing with substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.

• Experience and comfort in working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or detox setting is advantageous, particularly in roles that involve working with client populations in crisis.
• Familiarity with using electronic health records (EHR) to document client interactions and manage caseloads efficiently.
• Certifications or training in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or related methodologies are preferred.
