• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health status and needs, enabling the development of effective, individualized treatment plans.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum educational requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology being preferred.
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for establishing rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients in a remote setting.

• Experience in providing remote therapy services, preferably through telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic modalities that enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Background in working with diverse populations and addressing a variety of mental health issues is highly valued.
