Soothing Sanctuary Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for full-time positions within our remote outpatient services. As a vital member of our therapist network, you will engage with diverse clients struggling with various mental health challenges, providing essential support and intervention through virtual therapy sessions.

Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote work setting, enabling our therapists to conduct therapy sessions from their own homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services utilizing secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a personalized approach that addresses the unique requirements of each client.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and progressing through treatment together.
  • Implement a diverse range of therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), depending on the client’s preferences and clinical background.
  • Document all therapy sessions accurately and timely, maintaining up-to-date records on client progress and treatment interventions according to organizational policies and insurance requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist at Soothing Sanctuary, you will work with a varied clientele that includes individuals from different age groups and backgrounds experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among other mental health concerns. This diverse patient population requires a flexible approach and an empathic understanding of each client's unique life circumstances.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology.
  • A proven ability to communicate effectively, engaging clients remotely to forge meaningful therapeutic relationships.
  • A strong sense of empathy and compassion for clients navigating their mental health challenges, deriving satisfaction from helping others.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills that facilitate successful management of remote therapy sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience delivering therapy in remote settings is preferred, along with familiarity using telehealth software for client interactions.
  • Specialization in certain therapeutic modalities or populations (e.g., children/adolescents, couples therapy) is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining collaborative relationships with clients to enhance engagement and outcomes.
