As an Independent Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll help identify and connect qualified healthcare professionals with career opportunities at healthcare organizations across the country. This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility while allowing you to develop valuable recruiting skills.
In This Role, You Will- Identify and engage healthcare professionals.
- Build professional relationships with prospective candidates.
- Discuss available career opportunities.
- Screen candidates for qualifications and interest.
- Coordinate candidate submissions through established recruiting procedures.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records.
- Communicate professionally throughout the hiring process.
You may be a great fit if you are:
