As an Independent Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll help identify and connect qualified healthcare professionals with career opportunities at healthcare organizations across the country. This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility while allowing you to develop valuable recruiting skills.

• Identify and engage healthcare professionals.
• Build professional relationships with prospective candidates.
• Discuss available career opportunities.
• Screen candidates for qualifications and interest.
• Coordinate candidate submissions through established recruiting procedures.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records.
• Communicate professionally throughout the hiring process.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.

Compensation is based on successful candidate placements and varies depending on the recruiting opportunity.

• Training and recruiter system setup
