Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in conducting therapy sessions. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will utilize our Simple Practice platform to engage with clients via secure video conferencing and messaging. Key Responsibilities

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions, concerns, and needs.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Providing psychotherapy using evidence-based practices to individuals, couples, and families.
• Documenting client interactions and progress in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Facilitating engagement through virtual appointments and maintaining communication with clients using our established digital platforms.
• Participating in team meetings and case reviews to enhance clinical practices and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples who are navigating various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological concerns. You will be pivotal in fostering positive change and helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Texas.
• Demonstrated skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfort in navigating virtual platforms for client engagement.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy with a broad range of populations.
• Experience working in remote or telehealth settings, showcasing adaptability and proficiency with technology.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
