Our Endocrinology team is a seasoned and diverse group of providers, caring for referred Optum patients within our community. Our newest team member will inherit a well established practice. 

Practice Highlights:

  • Outpatient opportunity includes office consults, follow up appointments, and outpatient procedures (20/40/60 schedule)
  • Flexible scheduling options, such as a 4-day work week
  • Dedicated 1:1 MA support
  •  Clinical support team of RN, dieticians and diabetic nurse educators
  • Treat all aspects of endocrinology and metabolic disorders, with a population of patients ages 18 years and older
  • Collaborate with other specialists and a dedicated clinical team

Your Support:

  • $40,000 in bonus compensation with no repayment

Required Qualifications: 

  • Unrestricted WA Physician License or willing to obtain at start
  • DEA certification required or willing to obtain at start
  • BE/BC Endocrinology
  • Current BLS, ACLS certification
  • EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $227,000 - $373,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
