Job description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy Ranch Maintenance & Caretaker to help oversee and maintain a private ranch property near Alvin, Texas.

This is ideal for someone experienced with ranch work, property maintenance, equipment operation, and general caretaking responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • General ranch and property maintenance
  • Mowing, brush clearing, and fence repairs
  • Monitoring and maintaining gates, roads, ponds, and buildings
  • Basic handyman and repair work
  • Equipment operation and maintenance (tractor, mower, UTV, etc.)
  • Animal care assistance if needed
  • Property inspections and reporting issues promptly
  • Keeping the ranch clean, secure, and well maintained
  • Assisting with vendors, deliveries, and contractors when required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior ranch, farm, landscaping, or property maintenance experience
  • Ability to operate tractors and basic ranch equipment
