Job description

Orthopedic Surgery opening due to upcoming retirement in Wisconsin, for a busy Rural Orthopedic Group.  Must be board certified. This is a 1099 position and best suited for a surgeon wanting to slow down a bit.  You would join an existing group to provide 2 weeks on (surgery and call requirement) and 4 weeks off - equates to about 8 1/2 trips annually. You will be responsible for travel costs and malpractice insurance.  The group will provide housing.  This is a permanent position. Low pediatric cases and no spine.  Candidate does NOT need to live in the area or state. 

Ideal Candidate is someone who does joints.  Can consider some hand but need to also do ankle.
