Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Longview, TX
H2 Health Kids is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient pediatric team. This is an exciting opportunity to help children build communication skills, confidence, and independence while advancing your career in a collaborative, child-focused environment. New graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
At H2 Health Kids, you'll work with children presenting with autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delays, developmental delays, articulation disorders, fluency disorders, social communication challenges, feeding difficulties, neurological conditions, and genetic disorders. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based care that helps children reach meaningful milestones while supporting families throughout their therapy journey.
Your Role
  • Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide evidence-based speech therapy services addressing articulation, expressive and receptive language, pragmatics, fluency, feeding, and other communication needs
  • Implement engaging, play-based interventions that promote skill development and functional communication
  • Educate and partner with families and caregivers to encourage carryover and progress outside of therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management
  • Manage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per day
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • CCC-SLP preferred or CFY eligible
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
  • New graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
