Experienced Full-Time On-Site Property Manager – 48-Unit Community.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time On-Site Property Manager to oversee a 48-unit residential community. This is a live-in position ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong property management, leasing, and maintenance coordination skills.

Job description:

  • Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring smooth management and tenant satisfaction.
  • Handle leasing activities, including marketing, showings, tenant screenings, and lease agreements.
  • Collect rent, manage delinquent accounts, and enforce lease terms.
  • Supervise maintenance requests, schedule repairs, and ensure timely property upkeep.
  • Maintain compliance with property management policies and local regulations.
  • Address tenant concerns and foster a positive community environment.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, rent collection and maintenance.

Experience and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of property management experience (multifamily preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, Fair Housing laws, and tenant relations.
  • Proficiency in property management software and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities.
