We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to oversee the daily operations of a residential property and help ensure a positive experience for residents, team members, and stakeholders. Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day property operations to support a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming community.
  • Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, inspections, and routine property upkeep.
  • Assist with lease administration, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and related documentation.
  • Monitor property conditions and identify opportunities for improvement in operations, appearance, and resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records related to occupancy, rent collection, maintenance, and compliance documentation.
  • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense monitoring as needed.
  • Help enforce community policies and procedures consistently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve property goals.
  • Ensure that all activities are completed in alignment with applicable housing requirements and organizational standards.
