Dishwasher/Steward

As a Dishwasher/Steward, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchenware, equipment, and work areas. You’ll support the culinary team by maintaining sanitation standards and assisting with basic kitchen tasks as needed. This role is essential to smooth kitchen operations and requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the dish pit hero of our hotel's kitchen, ensuring a clean and organized workspace that enables our culinary team to shine.
  • Your daily tasks will include washing dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting with basic food preparation as needed.
  • You will report to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.
  • A career as a dishwasher/steward can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as line cook, prep cook, or even kitchen management positions.
Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
