The show begins behind the scenes and it starts with you! We are looking for someone to keep our theater spaces in tip top shape to enhance the guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Clean and service assign areas according to company standards of cleanliness
  • Ensure a clean, comfortable, safe, and attractive environment for our guests
  • Adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures and safety regulations
  • Continuously maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of all assigned restrooms and theater spaces
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, trash removal of all assigned areas
  • Use the correct cleaning chemicals for designated areas and surfaces, according to company requirements and OSHA guidelines
  • Maintain the cleanliness of items such as trash cans, seats, windows, doors, mirrors, elevators, floors, stairs, furniture, and fixtures
  • Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:

  • At least 1 year minimum of experience as a Porter or related position
  • Must be able to read chemical labels, differentiate between them, and properly dilute from concentrated form
  • Prior experience working in live entertainment a plus
  • Proven guest service experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • OSHA 10 certification a plus

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Ability to withstand prolonged walking, standing, bending, pushing, climbing and kneeling.
  • Ability to perform all cleaning tasks and duties
  • Work indoors and possibly outdoors and be exposed to environmental factors such as excessive noise, seasonal heat and cold, hard to reach and unclean work areas, cigarette smoke, and hazardous materials and equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work with cleaning products and chemicals using safety equipment provided by the company
