Job description

We are seeking a polished, experienced Executive Housekeeper for a long-term position supporting a single principal across two beautiful residences in Miami and the Hamptons.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a structured Miami schedule during part of the year, combined with a live-in coastal lifestyle in the Hamptons, working within a well-organized, professionally managed household.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on Executive Housekeeper position combining:
  • High-level housekeeping
  • Household coordination
  • Light cooking
  • Property support

You will help ensure both residences operate smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently at all times.
About the Household
The household consists of one principal (a semi-retired gentleman) and his three cats. The residences include:
  • A luxury apartment in Miami
  • A 10,000+ sq. ft. estate in the Hamptons

You will work alongside one additional full-time Executive Housekeeper, creating a supportive, team-based environment.
In the Hamptons, each housekeeper is provided with a private bedroom and ensuite, ensuring comfort and privacy during the live-in portion of the role.
Schedule & Lifestyle
This is a split-location role:
  • Miami (Live-Out): Approximately January to mid-summer
    • Typically 40-50 hours per week
    • More structured schedule, generally Monday-Friday with weekends off (flexibility required occasionally)
  • Hamptons (Live-In): Mid-summer through January
    • Live-in position with private accommodations
    • Schedule remains structured with rotating weekends off between both housekeepers

During the Hamptons season, monthly trips to Miami are included for light property upkeep, ensuring you are not away for extended periods continuously.
Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of both residences
  • Perform full-charge housekeeping, including deep cleaning and daily upkeep
  • Coordinate household maintenance schedules (HVAC, pool, vendors, etc.)
  • Assist with light cooking (simple, healthy meals; shared with second housekeeper)
  • Manage household inventory and supplies
  • Receive and organize deliveries, groceries, and packages
  • Support laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
  • Assist with seasonal transitions (packing/unpacking, home setup/closing)
  • Help coordinate occasional small gatherings or dinners
  • Provide light personal assistance (errands, appointments)
  • Maintain outdoor areas and furnishings
  • Care for cats and cat areas when needed
  • Work closely with the Family Office for communication and reporting
