Job description

We are seeking an experienced Pile Driver to join our construction team. This position involves installing driven piles for foundations, small bridges, bulkheads, and other structural applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with pile driving equipment, understands jobsite safety, and can work efficiently in demanding field conditions.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform pile driving operations using diesel, hydraulic, or vibratory hammers
  • Assist with layout, positioning, and alignment of piles
  • Work closely with crane operators, riggers, and foremen to execute daily tasks
  • Inspect piles and equipment prior to installation
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
  • Follow project plans, specifications, and safety requirements
  • Perform general labor tasks related to pile driving operations as needed
Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 + years of pile driving experience
  • Experience working around cranes and heavy equipment
  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety procedures
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physically capable of performing demanding manual labor
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance
