Summary
This posting will fill positions at Outdoor Recreation, Auto Skills Center, and Remington Park.
Join our team at the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of Soldiers and their Families by providing essential support services and recreational activities that directly contribute to Soldier readiness and well-being.

Duties
Help
  • Proactively circulates among patrons to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving complaints and providing expert instruction on the safe and proper use of facilities and equipment.
  • Spearheads the planning, publicity, and execution of special events, social activities, and tournaments, coordinating all logistical support to ensure successful functions.
  • Provides hands-on patron assistance by demonstrating new equipment, teaching instructional classes, and managing the equipment checkout process to enhance user experience and safety.
  • Acts as a key point of contact and guide within the facility, offering information, resolving issues, and providing work guidance to other staff members to maintain a service-oriented environment.
