We’re expanding our Client Accounting Services team and are looking for a Senior Analyst who is eager to learn, passionate about solving problems, and ready to make a measurable impact on privately held businesses.

What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Analyst, you’ll support our outsourced accounting and advisory services for a variety of privately held clients. You’ll work closely with managers as the outsourced controller to deliver accurate financial reporting and contribute to meaningful analysis that helps businesses grow and make better decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports
  • Support cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Help develop and track KPIs and other performance metrics
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation within client accounting
  • Work with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, and Bill.com) to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with team members on client deliverables and projects
  • Provide clear communication to clients
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting
  • CPA or on track for CPA
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with cloud-based accounting tools preferred
  • Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
