Haddon Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Live-In Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide 24-hour, one-on-one care in clients' homes. What You'll Do:

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) per Plan of Care
  • Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers
  • Provide medication reminders (no administration)
  • Take and document vital signs as directed
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Encourage independence and engagement
  • Follow care plans and complete documentation
  • Report any changes in client condition to nursing staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Active PA CNA or CHHA certification
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Reliable transportation
  • Experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to bend, stoop, and assist with mobility
  • Ability to lift/transfer up to 200 lbs with assistance
  • Ability to carry up to 10 lbs

Work Setting:

  • Live-in client home environment (24-hour care)
  • May involve exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Must complete a criminal background check and other checks required by law.
