The position will be onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Fort Myers, Florida. • Perform thorough movement and mobility assessments for each patient to determine individual rehabilitation needs.
• Create and implement customized therapeutic programs that address the specific challenges faced by each patient, employing a variety of evidence-based techniques and modalities.
• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary clinical team to improve rehabilitation outcomes, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to best practices.
• Educate and coach patients through their therapeutic exercises, providing real-time feedback and motivation to help them meet their recovery goals.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as required based on ongoing assessments and feedback from the patients.

The patients at Live To Move Rehab Center include individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. You will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing all age groups and physical abilities, each with unique rehabilitation challenges. Your role will significantly impact their recovery journey and quality of life.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a commitment to lifelong learning in the field of physical therapy.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, focusing on outpatient care.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate documentation and track patient progress.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic equipment and techniques to optimize patient outcomes.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
