What we expect from you

Our law firm is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney for our office in Houston, Texas. Our team is a national plaintiff's Mass Tort litigation firm addressing a variety of Defective Medical Devices, Products, Dangerous Drugs, along with sexual abuse cases to name a few. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of mass tort cases, from research to courtroom representation. The Mass Tort Litigation Attorney will be comfortable with and responsible for researching legal issues, strategizing with department team members and representing clients in court. They will manage all aspects of discovery, drafting legal documents, and providing regular updates to the executive leadership. Our firm has a commitment to excellence, serving injured victims nationwide.

Qualifications:

  • Personal Injury legal experience: 3+ years (Preferred)
  • Mass Tort legal experience: 3+ years (Preferred)
  • Experience with Sexual Abuse cases
  • Experience and willingness to file cases in Federal Court. (strong consideration will be given to those with experience filing in various Federal Courts.)
  • Client-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to Manage Time and Tasks Effectively
  • Must be a good standing member of the bar association
  • Case management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple clients, projects and deadlines
  • Must be able to thrive under pressure and be self-motivated
