To succeed, the Assistant Property Manager must have a working knowledge of tenancy laws and regulations and be committed to the implementation of best practice. REQUIREMENTS
  • State Certification or holds a full License
  • Technologically proficient
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Local area knowledge
  • Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office
  • Managing Referrals across Departments
  • Familiarity with the following:
    • Federal and Fair Housing
    • Residential Tenancies Act - ORS Chapter 90
    • Rent Control and Renter Relocation Requirements specif to Oregon and the City of Portland
    • Anti-Discrimination Act
    • Trade Practices and Fair Trading Acts
