Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

Additional Details:

Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous charge experience preferred.

Special Requests: Minimal RTO please.

Unit Details: May not assume assignment or act as a resource in GIOF or med/surg. Overflow unit accommodating ED boarder patients on a med/surg telemetry unit. Flex space inside GI Endoscopy space; patient volume may increase or decrease depending on demand and boarder volume. SBAR is used for ED patients; verbal report is expected for other transfers/admissions.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend coverage. Call required depending on staffing needs.

Floating Requirements: Would float to care for med/surg patients based on turn.

Details:
