The Opportunity:
The LPN works as a professional member of the care team, collaborating on the delivery of resident care to meet individual needs and within his/her level of competency. He/She integrates and applies the knowledge, skills, judgment, and interpersonal attributes required to provide safe and ethical professional services to residents. The LPN is responsible and accountable to the public for his/her own practice, which is regulated and monitored.

Qualifications:
Demonstrates leadership, coaching and mentorship skills
Practical Nurse Diploma
Registration and membership in good standing with CLPNA
3+ years of experience with seniors health
Current CPR training
Working knowledge of MS Office programs
