Overview

The Concessions Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests during the American Century Championship. This seasonal, part-time position supports event operations by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced event setting while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role pays an hourly rate of $9.00 and is tip eligible.

This is a seasonal role from August 17, 2026, and will end on August 23, 2026.

This position will remain open until August 23, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and alcohol service regulations.
  • Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests.
  • Operate POS systems and accurately process cashless transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession bars, workstations, and storage areas.
  • Restock beverage inventory, supplies, and garnishments as needed throughout the event.
  • Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, bar staff, and event team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of concession areas before and after events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Previous bartending, concessions, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible event-based schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • TABC certification or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred or required based on location.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while working with large crowds.
