What You'll Do:

As Superintendent, you'll be our boots on the ground-leading all phases of construction in the field from project handoff through completion. You'll manage crews, subcontractors, safety, quality, and scheduling, all while keeping the end goal in sharp focus: delivering commercial construction projects on time, on spec, and on budget.

You will:

Interpret and execute project plans and specifications with precision

Lead daily operations on the job site with accountability and authority

Predict problems before they happen-and solve them when they do

Communicate regularly with Project Managers, architects, and subcontractors

Perform material takeoffs and place timely orders

Coordinate all field activities and enforce the project schedule

Uphold the highest standards for job site safety and quality

Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and monthly owner check-ins
