What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead servant-leadership and mentorship for multiple cross-functional agile teams supporting a major modernization effort focused on customer experience transformation and legacy system conversion
  • Facilitate and optimize team ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across both Scrum and Kanban teams with varying team sizes (7-20+ members)

  • Coach teams on advanced agile practices including user stories, story mapping, ATDD, TDD, continuous integration, and effective use of information radiators to create high-performing, self-organizing teams
  • Partner closely with Product Owners and technical leads on two primary teams: a Kanban-focused data analytics/quality team working in Snowflake, and a large, high-visibility Scrum team serving finance and legacy system data analytics
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through transparency, collaboration, and retrospectives, curating team-level coaching content and mentoring less experienced Scrum Masters
  • Address blocking issues requiring cross-team support or elevated authority, keeping teams focused on achieving goals while maintaining visibility into workflow and impediments

What You'll Need to Have:

  • Proven ability to analyze delivery data, predictability trends, and team metrics (throughput, flow) to proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Polished communication and leadership skills with experience working with C-suite and executive stakeholders - ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience in structured, enterprise banking environments with data analytics, data quality initiatives, or modernization/migration projects strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing risk visibility, escalation patterns, and facilitating cross-team coordination in fast-paced, high-visibility initiatives
  • Strong understanding of agile best practices beyond ceremony facilitation - focus on accountability, metrics-driven improvement, and structured delivery patterns
