Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance policies.
  • Execute 70+ outbound calls daily to qualify inbound leads and close prospects.
  • Educate prospective clients on coverage options to deliver tailored protection plans.
  • Execute rigorous follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Analyze existing policies to uncover gaps and cross-sell additional coverage lines.
  • Exceed predefined benchmarks for daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
  • Input detailed records into the company CRM system with absolute precision.
  • Maintain strict compliance with state insurance regulations and privacy standards.

Requirements
  • Nevada Property, Casualty license is preferred or the clear commitment to study and pass your exams with in 30 days - Licensing assistance is available
  • Life insurance license is preferred or the clear commitment to study and pass your exams with in 30 days - Licensing assistance is available
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (required).
  • Sales Track Record: Previous success in insurance sales, retail sales, or phone-based outbound sales.
  • Communication Skills: Elite verbal negotiation and active listening capabilities.
  • Organizational Ability: Comfortable handling multiple client accounts in a fast environment.
