Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.

Present and sell insurance policies to prospective clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service.

Analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Process insurance applications and follow up to ensure coverage.

Stay up-to-date with product changes, market trends, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals.


Requirements

Active Colorado Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Willingness and ability to be in the business community and market to realtors, lenders and business owners.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
