What You'll Do:

In this challenging work environment, we need someone to bolster our associates' spirits. Think you're up to the challenge? The HR Coordinator is a key player in supporting the day-to-day HR operations of the hotel. From supporting their fellow associates to carrying out administrative duties, the HR Coordinator does it all.
Here's a closer look at some of the things you'll be doing daily:
• Assist associates whenever possible with requests and/or information.
• Assist in the recruiting, screening and interviewing for all management and non-management hotel positions.
• Distribute paychecks as needed.
• Explain elements of various benefits to associates as required and assist with online enrollment.
Where You've Been:
You have at least 1 years' experience working in human resources. Most importantly, you're someone with strong communication skills, the ability to work with members at all levels of the organization, and someone who is able to embody and exemplify company culture.
