• Cleaning & Sanitation

• Clean resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize common areas, offices, and entryways.

• Clean carpets and hard-surface floors according to schedule.

• Empty trash from apartments, bathrooms, offices, and common spaces.

• Clean patios, courtyards, sidewalks, ashtrays, and entryways to maintain a neat appearance.

• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces in compliance with infection control standards.

• Follow established daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all areas of the community.

• Environmental Maintenance Support
